Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-05-03
1. Acceptance
By installing or using SpaceFreeman (the "Software"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
2. License
Productlab grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on Macs that you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
3. Use at your own risk
The Software permanently deletes files and application leftovers that you select. You are solely responsible for choosing what to delete and for maintaining backups of your data. We strongly recommend creating a Time Machine backup before bulk deletion operations.
4. No warranty
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Productlab shall not be liable for any data loss, lost profits, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Updates
The Software may be updated from time to time. New versions may add, change or remove features. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of these Terms as in effect at that time.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Software and remove it from your device at any time. These Terms remain in effect with respect to your prior use.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
